There is an article in the 23 November 2013 issue of the Spectator magazine (behind paywall) on the Ditchling Museum of Art & Craft.
Ditchling was famous in the early-mid 20th century as the home of a Catholic Arts and Crafts community called the Guild of St Joseph and St Dominic, 'Men rich in virtue studying beautifulness living in peace in their houses.' Guild members included prominent Dominicans, among them David Jones and Eric Gill.
